Orders should be ready for pick-up 3-5
working days after the date of order confirmation. Please call our

2104 9100 to ensure products are available before you come to pick up your
order.

Delivery service will be offered to all areas
of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, Outlying Islands of Hong
Kong that can be accessed by motor vehicles on paved roads.

We would not be able to deliver to restricted
areas that can only be accessed with special entry permits.

If stock is available, products would be
delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation for areas
in Hong Kong. 

Occasionally orders cannot be delivered to
customers for the following reasons:

Incorrect or incomplete address 

Failed delivery attempts

Refusal to provide verification information

When the delivery agent returns an
undeliverable package to us and/or fails to deliver after multiple attempts,
the order will be cancelled and we would issue a refund of the amount of
the purchase minus shipping fee (if any).
