Luggage Cleaning and Storage Service Terms
1. These Terms apply to the luggage cleaning service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by the provider mentioned below (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Service Provider").
2. This service provides free luggage cleaning and storage services for one year. The calculation method is based on the invoice date and lasts for one year.
3. According to these terms, we will provide collection, delivery, cleaning and maintenance services three times a year. If you fail to use three collection and delivery cleaning services within one year, the unused services will automatically expire.
4. If more than three collection, delivery, cleaning services are required within a year, an additional fee of HK$300 will be charged each time.
5. After the one-year free period, the service charges will be as follows. The fee for storing suitcases is HK$500 per year. The fee for each collection, delivery, cleaning service is HK$300.
6. All fees are calculated at the amounts specified in these Terms and may be adjusted according to the service provider's policies. We will notify you in advance of any changes to fee adjustments.
7. The use of this service must comply with all relevant laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service in case of violation.
8. Before using this service, you need to provide accurate personal information. We will protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. This service provider is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of this service.
10. The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction for adjudication.
